Everything below explains the wallet rules in simple sections. The first wallet section stays clean for daily use; this guide gives the full detail when a customer wants to understand the process.
Open the wallet, go to Refer, copy your BRAVON referral code or link.
The invited buyer enters your code in Enter Code. This links the buyer to your referral account after login.
The referral discount is applied through Shopify checkout. Store and product page prices may stay normal until checkout.
After a successful order, your reward enters Pending Hold and waits for delivery + return safety.
After the hold period, the reward becomes Approved Balance. Approved money can be used or withdrawn.

Who should enter a code?
Only an invited buyer should enter a referral code. A customer should not enter their own code. The buyer gets ₹200 off once, and the referrer can earn on successful referred purchases.
Where does discount apply?
Referral and wallet discount codes are Shopify discount codes. The product page and store price can remain unchanged. The discount is confirmed at checkout after the code is applied.
Pending vs Approved
Pending balance is only a waiting amount and cannot be used. Approved balance is usable. Approved balance can create a shopping discount anytime or request payout after the minimum balance.
UPI payout safety
For payout, customer must enter account holder name and UPI ID. BRAVON verifies the request and processes payout through RazorpayX when the wallet and policy rules are satisfied.

Clear wallet policy for every customer.
BRAVON protects real customers and blocks misuse. Rewards can be cancelled or blocked for self-referral, duplicate identity, suspicious use, cancelled order, refunded order, return or policy abuse.
- Buyer referral discount is one-time only for the referred buyer.
- Referrer rewards are added after successful referred orders.
- Rewards stay pending until delivery and the return safety period is complete.
- Approved wallet balance can be used for BRAVON shopping discount.
- Cash payout starts only after the minimum approved balance is reached.
- Customer payout details are used only for verification and payout processing.

Invite a new customer to BRAVON and let them receive an instant ₹200 discount on their first referral purchase. Once your referral code or link is used and the customer logs in or signs up, that customer gets locked to your referral account.
The buyer gets the ₹200 discount only once, but you earn ₹200 on every successful purchase made by that same referred customer. Each reward becomes available only after delivery plus the 7-day return window is completed.
Use your wallet for product discounts, generate your own discount code, or request cash withdrawal after your available balance reaches ₹1000.

How it Works
Earn on every purchase after the referred customer is locked to you.
Share your BRAVON referral link or code with a new customer.
Buyer gets ₹200 instant discount only on the first referral purchase.
After your referral code/link is used and the buyer logs in or signs up, that customer is locked to your referral account.
You earn ₹200 pending reward on every successful purchase made by that referred customer.
After delivery, each reward waits 7 days. Return/refund cancels that reward.
No return means the reward moves to Available Wallet for product discount or withdrawal.

BRAVON rewards are designed to stay fair and controlled. The buyer receives the referral discount only once. After the buyer uses a referral code/link and logs in or signs up, that buyer is locked to the original referrer.
The referrer receives ₹200 reward on every successful purchase made by that referred customer. Each reward remains pending until delivery and the 7-day return window are completed. Return, refund or cancellation cancels that reward.
Available Wallet can be used for product discounts anytime, while cash withdrawal starts only after the available balance reaches ₹1000.
Safety Layer
Self-referral and fake orders will be blocked.
Backend will lock the referred customer to the original referrer after signup/login, then block same email, same phone, same address, suspicious repeat devices, cancelled orders, refunded orders and returned orders from generating wallet rewards.

When will referral money become available?
For every referred order, reward becomes available after that order is delivered and 7 days return window is completed without return, refund or cancellation.
Will referrer earn only on the first order?
No. Buyer gets the ₹200 discount only once, but referrer earns ₹200 on every successful purchase made by that same referred customer after the customer is locked.
Can wallet balance be used before ₹1000?
Yes. Available Wallet can be used for product discount code anytime. ₹1000 rule is only for cash withdrawal.
Can the buyer use other discounts too?
Yes, BRAVON referral discount is planned to combine with existing discounts where Shopify discount combination settings allow it.
Can a wallet discount make product free?
Yes. If the Available Wallet is equal to or higher than the product price, customer can generate that amount of discount code for product purchase.
