INSPECTION FIRST
Clear Review Process
Every return or refund request is reviewed based on product condition, time window, order record and submitted proof.
Return/exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery.
Product must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and with packaging/tags.
Photos/videos may be requested for damaged, wrong or missing item claims.
For eligible customer-preference returns, 5% may be deducted as processing, shipping and delivery handling fee.

A structured policy for premium products
BRAVON products are quality checked and packed with care. Because premium outerwear needs careful handling, returns and refunds are reviewed through a structured process. Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from delivery. Approval depends on product condition, claim reason, order proof, packaging condition and inspection outcome. For eligible customer-preference returns, BRAVON may deduct 5% from the refundable amount as processing, shipping, delivery and handling charges.

Eligibility Review
Our team checks the request window, product condition, claim type and supporting proof.
Pickup Or Self-Ship
Depending on location and approval, reverse pickup may be arranged or customer may be asked to ship the item back.
Inspection & Resolution
After receiving and inspecting the product, BRAVON confirms exchange, refund, store credit or rejection as per policy.
Return Rules
1. 7-Day Return Window
Return or exchange requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery. Requests raised after 7 days may not be accepted unless BRAVON approves an exception in writing.
2. Product Condition
The product must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, stain-free, perfume-free and returned with original tags, packaging and accessories where applicable.
3. Non-Returnable Cases
Customized products, altered products, final sale items, used products, damaged-by-customer products or items returned without original condition may not be eligible.
4. Wrong Or Damaged Item
If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact BRAVON support quickly with opening video, clear photos, order number and packaging proof for review.
5. Refund Method & 5% Deduction
For eligible customer-preference returns, BRAVON may deduct 5% from the refundable amount as processing, shipping, delivery and handling fee. Approved refunds may be processed to the original payment method, store credit or another approved method depending on order type and payment method.
6. Refund Timeline
Refund processing starts only after BRAVON receives the returned product, completes inspection and approves the case. Bank, UPI, card or payment gateway timelines may vary and are outside direct BRAVON control.
7. Reverse Shipping
Reverse pickup availability depends on pincode and courier support. For eligible customer-preference returns, shipping, delivery and handling costs are covered through the 5% processing deduction. If pickup is not available, customer may need to self-ship the product as instructed by BRAVON support.
8. Rejection After Inspection
If the returned item fails inspection, BRAVON may reject refund/exchange and may return the product to the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Return & Refund FAQs
No. Used, washed, altered, stained, damaged, perfume-marked or visibly worn products are not eligible for return or refund.
For damage, wrong item or missing item claims, BRAVON may request an opening video, photos and packaging proof to review the case fairly.
For eligible customer-preference returns, BRAVON may refund 95% of the eligible refundable amount after deducting 5% as processing, shipping, delivery and handling fee. This deduction does not apply to approved wrong item, damaged item or verified brand-side error cases.
Exchange may be possible within 7 days from delivery if the request is eligible, the product is unused and the required size/color is available. Price difference or shipping/handling charges may apply.
The 5% deduction is intended for eligible customer-preference returns such as size issue, color preference, mind change or non-defective return. If BRAVON approves the issue as wrong item, damaged item or verified brand-side error, the deduction should not apply.
